ACTIVE CARE THERAPY CLINIC
Active Care Therapy Clinic is three years old and growing! Active Care is located within the Sunset Crest Community, in Holetown, St. James, the western side of the island. Active Care despite its cozy size we provide an intimate setting for personalized and professional care, to each and every client. I am proud to provide the unique feature of Kinesiology & Athletic Therapy and Massage Therapy all under one roof for our visitors and locals alike.
MAKING AN APPOINMENT
Please note that we operate on an APPOINTMENT ONLY basis, we do recommend our patients to call first and book an appointment or visit us directly to schedule.
OFFICE HOURS
Please note our office hours are Monday to Friday 10am – 5 pm and on Saturdays 9am – 3pm. Emergency hours are available.
AFTERHOURS: Active Care Therapy is keen to assist our busy clients and we are willing to accommodate you after hours please note an added fee may be charged for all appointments after 5:30PM
SCHEDULING & BOOKING
Dependent upon particular services or treatment desired appointments can be available within 24-48 hrs. Bookings for onsite events, we do request minimum of three weeks notice for coverage, and information regarding type of service required and whether kits will be provided or requested. A deposit of 50% will be required for confirmed booking.

PAYMENT
We accept cash or cheques only at this time.
INSURANCE
Athletic Therapy and Kinesiology are recognized by most international insurance companies within the U.S and Canada. We do ask our clients to check first with their insurance agents regarding domestic coverage.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that a 30 minute or 60 minute session if scheduled is time that has been blocked out exclusively for you, it is a time for your injury needs to be addressed personally. Therefore we recommend strongly to our clients to inform us at least 24hrs in advance if they are unable to attend their appointment, so that that time may be used appropriately. Active Care does understand emergencies do occur and we are accommodating to those situations. We do have a cancellation policy outlined below
- First cancellation – No charge
- Second cancellation – 50% treatment fee will be charged to your bill
- Third cancellation – 100% treatment fee will be charged to your bill
LOCATION & DIRECTIONS
Our clinic is located on the west coast of the island, 200m from one of our 24 hr Emergency Care Facilities - Sandy Crest, which houses, trauma and emergency medical practitioners, and an Ultrasound and X-Ray facility.
For visitors to the island we ideally located within 4 minutes of West Coast Mall and five (5) minutes from the Luxurious Five Diamond Luxury Resort –The Sandy Lane Hotel, and two (2) minutes away from the most beautiful beaches on the island.
